Wisher Season

Anyone who has a lawn, or walks through urban parks, has undoubtedly noticed it is “Wisher” season. Wishers are those fluffy dandelions that children can’t resist picking, to blow, and make a wish.

Fields of wishers can be quite striking (or stressful if it happens to be your personal lawn!). Thousands of fluff balls create quite a view. However an afternoon walk, and a few children, and those fluff balls turned into a source of entertainment.

On a more gentile level, creative bouquets were picked.

On a more creative level, a game of kick and catch the dandelion some how came to be, with dandelions flying everywhere. You never quite know what games kids will create.

A little bit of fun, a nice walk, exactly what the weekend should be about.
